By using a forged one-piece of still with several integrated material micro structures, specific and different material properties are created in area’s where needed, very good material properties at high temperatures. The special coating creates considerably lower friction between the valve and other parts like valve guides. Therefore the PROX valves exceed OEM specifications in dimensions and reliability.
